Swimming Lessons

My two little Aliens ( That is what I call them because I said they looked like aliens in their swim caps with their goggles) had their first week of swimming lessons this week. They were the strongest swimmers in the class in my opinion. They finish up next week. I will be so glad! that is one less thing I have to drive them to this summer. Their teacher told me today that they are doing great! The girls hate when they are over, because they love the water.

Lemonade Stand

The girls have been bugging me forever to have a lemonade stand. I had a morning full of clients so told them to go ahead. They were so cute and earned $6 each in two hours.
Scott got his Henry's tag last night and is so excited. You wouldn't know it because he wont ever smile for pictures. It is all he talks about.

Daddy Does Makeovers??

The girls were so excited, telling me Dad was going to do a night of Makeovers on them. I of course laughed thinking they were nuts. But sure enough as soon as they got showered, Dad brushed their hair and did their nails and Toenails. I was quite impressed at how good he did. How many dads would do that for his little girls?

Well, believe it or not I am still sick with a really bad cold now but doing better. I spent the entire weekend resting. The below pictures are a little older, I took the girls on a surprise picnic after the last day of school to celebrate. We relaxed ate lunch and the girls fed the birds at the park. This is footprinters park near our house.

We had a picnic a few weeks ago at Nunns park with my side of the family.

The girls did great at the recital. I am sure everyone was sick of the hacking woman. (ME) It was a rough night, and the lighting was not working for my pics but oh well.

Resting

Well, I made it barely through the rehearsal yesterday for tonights performance. Thank you for all your kind comments and well wishes. I have to tell you though that I am resting. Every chance I get I am in bed. In fact I just barely got out of bed to check email. My friend Karen took the girls to their stadium of fire practice, so that was nice. Today I feel worse. But I hear you get worse before better. I just want to make it through tonights recital. Scott has been great! He even slept on the floor so I could have the bed; even though I didn't get much sleep because i COULD NOT BREATHE. I am taking it easy and the baby is definetely fine because all that little stinker does is Kick me all day long. Thanks again everyone!

Emergency Room

Last night was so horrible. Scott & I spent all night in the Emergency room. For those of you that do not know, i have been having heart problems the last couple months. Yesterday I started coughing bad and by nighttime, I could not breathe at all. I was trying to make it till morning, but everytime I coughed my heart would flip out. I was afraid I might keel over and Die, so we left. Luckily the girls happened to be at a sleepover so WE didn't need to worry about them.
First they took me up to Labor & delivery, because I was 6 months they have to check everything out. baby was good and an hour or so later, they sent me back to the emergency room. I was diagnozed to have Bronchitis. LOVELY! Then they checked out my heart. this is something I have been prolonging for a while. I was told I have PVC which is a premature heart beat. I guess most people have it but it is not noticeable. mine feeels like it is going to pop out of my chest. The best part-There is nothing you can do about it. But at least I know I will not die anytime soon because of it. A huge relief was lifted off me. However, today I am terribly ill have 5 hours of dress rehersal for the girls to go through. I just want to lay down but life goes on.

Please check out the girls dance pictures I posted below.

1 hour of freedom.& baby shower.

I have the craziest schedule this week. Besides doing a ton of hair, I am taking my girls back and forth to Stadium of Fire practices, trying to entertain them among other things. They also have dress rehersals and performances this week for dance. Today I have one hour to do nothing. I cannot even believe it. I think I will read some of Little Woman- that is the book our book club is doing. Usually I do not get the book read because I am too busy.
SO what did I end up doing? I started to read. I think I only got two pages and I fell asleep. Yes, It is true I acually got to take a peaceful nap. No girls fighting and yelling over who did what to whom, No Scott talking endlessly about the up coming hunt, and believe it or not not one phone call. It was heaven! Even if it was only for one hour.
I have had a lot of people ask me if I am having a baby shower since I am having a boy. And as much as I hate all the attention( YA RIGHT!) My mom is planning on throwing me one the first weekend In August I believe. So if you would like to come let me know. Of course everyone is invited, but I do not have contact imfo. Even an email would work. Thanks to everyone for being as excited as I am about the new addition to our family.
P.s.- I think the name wars might be over but I can't tell yet.
I thought this looked fun and was curious to see who would acually do it. So, even if I do not know you, sign the guestbook
