update

I just thoguht I would get on and update you all. My recovery has been very hard.Two days before I had Crew I had a pelvic seperation problem and could not walk. Unfortunately that same problem is keeping me from getting better. Walking is extremely difficult.
Crew is great and so cute. See pictures below. Thank you to Scott for posting those. He has been so wonderful. crew has had really bad gas problems and he has been up two nights in a row, cleaning my house and doing laundry. Not to mention several late trips to Rite -aid in the middle of the night for needed items. I don't know what I would do without him.
We are all loving him. Thank you for all your well wishes and for the wonderful people who have brought my family meals. Seeing as how I cannot even go downstairs.

crew has arrived

this morning at 7.59 a.m. Crew arrived . He 7 pounds 2 ounces and is 18.6 inches long. He is healthy cute and doing well And is almost as good looking as his father!!! Danielle has had a rough time with her recovery but seem to be doing well. I will post picture when i learn how. the girls have gone nuts over their little brother they just can not stop kissing and holding him and are already driving their dad crazy and it has only been one day.

still no baby

I know many of you are wondering if little Crew has arrived. unfortunately this little guy is going to make me wait till the last day. The last two nights, I have sworn I am going into labor. They have been extremely difficult to take. I am barely walking and have my last appointment today.
My C-section date is the 23rd instead of the 16th-another long story. I have shown Scott how to post, so he should post on the 23rd or 24th about the baby and moms condition.
Many have asked about visitors. I love visitors as long as it is not the first day. With my C-section with the girls I was out cold all day and don't remember people that said they visited. And I am sure I will not be looking to pretty, so no pictures of me!!!
We are very excited and cannot wait for this little guy to arrive.

This is getting to be rediculous.

So I went in this morning to have my blood pressure checked again. Good news it was perfectly great. I just happened to mention to the nurse that I have felt decreased movement in the baby the last two days. Almost next to nothing, And could it possibly be the medicine they gave me for my bladder infection. She said I want to send you to the hospital for a stress test.
The first thing Scott said to me this morning was try not to let them send you to the hospital, we cannot afford all these bills coming in. Unless of course it is an emergency.
I said to the nurse "cant we just get out the doppler and make sure the heart beat is good?" Nope gotta go in for a stress test. So I went back to the hospital,had the test, the baby looks good just needed to be woken up. Wish I could take a two day nap. The nurse at the hospital did not know why they were taking the baby so late. Lets see if they send me next appointment to. I might as well set up a cot!

Another trip to the Hospital???

So last night was a rough night. We had to take Mckenzie to the dr. Because she had a bladder infection. She didn't get to sleep until 5:00 a.m so I kept her home. I had a dr. appointment at 10:00 that I dragged her to. They told me I had a bladder infection too. What are the odds? Anyway, I have had the ultimate worst swollen feet over the last few days. I can't be on my feet for more than 5-10 minutes. Apparently my blood pressure was high too so they sent me to the hospital. So I dragged McKenzie with me and called Scott in case they decided to take the baby.I got all hooked up to monitors etc, got my blood drawn and waited....and waited. The tests all came back normal so it looks like no baby today. In one way it was a relief, in the other I was like no!!! I can't go any longer. It just went to show me that at any moment we could have a new little one here with us. Am I ready? I sure hope so.
Hey at least I didn't have him on the girls b-day I was so worried about that..

Happy 9th B-day to my Beautiful MaKayla & McKenzie

Happy Birthday to my sweet babies.....But they are not babies any more. It is so hard to believe that nine years have passed since the miracle day of their births. It was such a rough road to get them here but every day I thank my lucky stars they are part of our family.

They both add so much to our home. I know they will be terrific big sisters. I just hope I don't have crew today on their special day. I have been contracting all morning.
